About It’s Life Stuff

At It’s Life Stuff we aim to take some of the most integral parts of living — be it water, food, gardening, or parenting — and offer in-depth advice, insights and learnings.

We love discovering products, acquiring knowledge, and developing new life skills that support a healthy living endeavor, and we are keen to share our learnings along the way!

Often we publish content in the form of product reviews — commonly focusing on product categories that help with healthy living (e.g. water purification) or better parenting (e.g. baby products).

But, wherever possible, we also love sharing product and lifestyle advice that might help visitors (and ourselves!) on a journey towards healthier and more holistic living.

Editorial team

It’s Life Stuff is managed by a small team who manage content direction, content creation, and technical aspects of the site on a day-to-day basis.

Sam Brilleman

Sam manages content direction as well as the technical aspects of the site.

He is passionate about the outdoors — being an avid hiker and mountain biker — and believes time in nature is one of the keys to healthy living. And as a new father, he is keen to start sharing those passions with his young son. He is also a product and gear geek — obsessed with studying the details of things, be it hiking destinations, ultralight backpacks, baby carriers, or water purification methods.

Anita Rudelj

Anita manages marketing, mailing lists, and site administration.

She is a qualified reflexologist and Reiki practitioner, and has been learning about health and healing for many years. She is passionate about nutrition, and the benefits of adopting an organic diet. As a young mother she is applying much of her learnings around health, healing, and nutrition to her parenting.

Rebecca Brilleman

Rebecca manages content creation on a day-to-day basis — including content planning and editing.

Through personal experience she has learnt the importance of living a balanced, healthy life, and believes that natural modalities play a key part in that – which is why she undertakes yoga, breathwork, and meditation practices on a regular basis. As both a trained EFT practitioner and an experienced social worker, she also enjoys the opportunity to help others with their goals for healthier living – something she can extend into her role as content editor for It’s Life Stuff.
